Sandy Fiaschetti, Ph.D.
Founder & Managing Partner
Sandy founded Lodestone to bring rigorous human capital science to private equity. Her doctorate in I/O Psychology, combined with experience both inside a private equity firm and as an executive within a private equity-backed company, gave her the perspective the field was missing: the science of people assessment paired with firsthand understanding of the realities of investing, leadership, and value creation. Every Lodestone engagement is built on the methodology she developed and continues to lead.

Investing in the Next Generation
The Lodestone Fellowship places graduate students from UT Chattanooga's I/O Psychology program inside active client work — not research assistantships or administrative tasks. Fellows work directly alongside Lodestone consultants on live assessments, facilitation prep, and applied research. The program builds the next generation of PE-focused organizational psychologists and creates a pipeline of talent that understands the Lodestone methodology from the ground up.
