For over two decades, Neil Suchman has helped Latin American leaders navigate the complexities of the global environment. It is one thing to help managers become great leaders, it is something else to support them as they lead teams to accomplish great things in a multinational environment where global consistency must intersect with local, flawless execution. Helping leaders manage this apparent contradiction has been Neil’s calling card. By translating strategic priorities into operational reality, and aligning people strategies with business priorities, Neil has consistently applied the science and practice of the entire talent life cycle.
He has lived and worked in the US, Mexico and Brazil, and was part of a global talent management firm, giving him a keen understanding of the challenges of navigating the global environment while implementing locally relevant people solutions.
Engaging with organizations to help them in their transformational journeys requires a unique set of knowledge, experience and skills. However, there is no substitute for being authentic, passionate and truly enjoying helping others as they embark on major changes. It is Neil’s privilege and joy to have this as his purpose in his professional life.
