SANDY FIASCHETTI, PH.D.

SANDY FIASCHETTI, PH.D.
Dr. Sandy Fiaschetti has been both an internal and external consultant to both private equity firms and mid-cap and large companies across a variety of industries. Prior to founding Lodestone, she served as the Human Capital Managing Director for a Top Decile Preqin private equity firm.
Sandy’s experience has been focused on people-related systems including organizational culture and effectiveness, talent assessment and acquisition, talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching. She is particularly passionate about the importance of integrating people initiatives into strategic business plans to increase value.
Recently, Sandy is particularly proud of her work in executive assessment and selection for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Additional highlights include her authoring hiring and training practices for a municipality revitalization project and helping multiple companies make leadership decisions for acquisition and integration in the US and in LATAM.
Sandy earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. She is a past president of Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

MARTIN FACTOR, PH.D.

MARTIN FACTOR, PH.D.
Enthusiastically innovative, insightfully persistent, and collaboratively values-oriented, Dr. Factor provides talent strategy process guidance, high impact focus coaching, and in-depth holistic executive assessment to help clients successfully plan for transitions in the senior-most level leadership positions.
Martin has consulted with multiple large PE firms and with mid-sized and large, Fortune 500 corporations across an array of industries. He has written three books, one of which is on adult career transitions. As a result, Martin is particularly skilled in coaching executives into their next role outside of the company.
Martin previously worked as the global training and quality manager for a large consulting firm’s executive assessment global operations, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of executive assessment, feedback, and executive focus coaching training and quality assurance programs across the world. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of South Florida and is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

DARRYL WAHLSTROM, PH.D.
Chief Analytics and Leadership Development Scientist
DARRYL WAHLSTROM, PH.D.
Dr. Wahlstrom is an experienced leader in the fields of leadership development, change management, and organizational performance. Over the last 20 years, he has partnered with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 50 companies such as Pfizer, Ford Motor Company, and Johnson & Johnson as well as private equity-held companies.
Darryl leads Lodestone’s data analytics integrity as well as leadership development design and delivery. A dynamic and sought-after presenter, Darryl is a frequent contributor to forums, magazines, and workshops regionally and nationally. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Dr. Wahlstrom is an executive coach certified by the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) and holds advanced certification in Organizational Development Human Resource Management from Columbia University. Dr. Wahlstrom earned his Ph.D. in Education at the University of Michigan, with a multi-disciplinary focus on organizational psychology and workforce development.

JENNA BELTRAMO, M.S.
Data Analyst and Research Associate

Ms. Beltramo is a member of Lodestone’s Data Science Team and is a doctoral candidate at University of Central Florida. Jenna has extensive training in advanced data analytic methods, which allow for accurate examinations of complex processes and real-world problems faced by individuals and organizations. She is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes research supporting Lodestone’s scientific approach to Human Capital. She is also integral to Lodestone’s instruction design for training delivery.
Jenna has expertise in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions, particularly those focused on employee health, safety, and well-being. Jenna has worked extensively with hospitality employers and unions throughout the Central Florida area and has led interdisciplinary teams to identify and address occupational hazards and exposures faced by hospitality/tourism workers.
Jenna received her B.A. in Psychology and Writing and Rhetoric from Oakland University. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

REBECCA CLANCY, M.S.

Rebecca Clancy has been both an internal and external consultant to domestic and international companies ranging in size from 30 to 30,000 employees on a variety of topics, including recruitment, executive assessment, talent management, retention, occupational stress and burnout, work/life balance, sleep/fatigue, workplace safety and wellness, and communication practices. Prior to joining Lodestone, she worked at Johnson & Johnson supporting both the Global Talent Management and Workforce Analytics functions.
Equipped with a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behavior in the workplace, Rebecca is an invaluable asset to the Lodestone team. She is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes research and content development supporting Lodestone’s scientific approach to Human Capital, and she delivers leadership development, DEI, and stress and burnout mitigation trainings and workshops.
Rebecca earned a B.S. in Psychology and Spanish from Michigan State University and an M.S. and in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology at Colorado State University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Sydney Falle is a dynamic business professional with a strong foundation in operations and a passion for infusing human connection into the corporate landscape. Graduating with a BBA in General Business from Eastern Michigan University, Sydney embarked on her career journey with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between business strategy and the human element. Her internship experiences with various startup ventures honed her skills in streamlining operations, fostering teamwork, and nurturing sustainable growth.
At Lodestone, Sydney’s role is to be the glue that helps hold the team together. Her multifaceted responsibilities include spearheading operations initiatives and strategizing for the continued, sustainable expansion of the business.

Amie Rowe is passionate about providing coaching and guidance to leaders facing significant growth, challenge or change. She is highly adept at helping leaders find their voice and enhance their brand. She recognizes and appreciates cultural differences, and finds a great deal of enjoyment coaching and partnering with companies and leaders around the globe. Amie brings a fresh perspective to help increase individual success, enhance team effectiveness, and improve organizational performance.
Amie is known as a leading expert in the use of personality assessments which enhances her understanding of the whole person, grounding her approach to coaching. With her training as an Industrial/Organizational psychologist, Amie provides business insight and professional psychological expertise to her clients. Over her career, Dr. Rowe has held leadership positions within several large organizations, has served as a consultant for three global management consulting firms, and successfully founded and managed her own independent practice. Her work spans multiple industries, with particular focus in healthcare, energy and utilities, consumer products, retail, financial services, non-profit organizations and state governments.

Maheen Shafiabady is passionate about coaching organizations with teams and leaders to meet their goals by developing individual leadership skills and building structure and process in ever-evolving environments to boost effectiveness and sustainable success. With over 15 years as a people manager, Maheen has held leadership positions both in the US and LATAM, across multiple sectors: global exports; NGOs; non-profit organizations; and publishing to name a few. Her consulting work is grounded in Organization Development practices and Positive Psychology. Core to her work is connecting and enabling team members for more learning, productivity, and joy. Maheen has pioneered and continuously improved onboarding systems; leadership development programs; and skills training to improve performance; boost organizational knowledge; and increase employee retention.
Maheen earned her B.S. in Communications and Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She is the acting Vice President for the Bay Area Organization Development Network.

Janice has held senior HR leadership roles in investment banking, has run major consultancy projects for top organizations, and coached and mentored people at all levels. She has been a guest lecturer across many different continents, and served for six years as governor and HR Committee Chair at University of Portsmouth. She received recognition from CIPD (UK’s professional HR institute) where she was appointed Honorary Vice-President, Learning and Talent Development and given the Chartered Companion CIPD award, and also from University of West London, where she was awarded an Honorary MBA and appointed Visiting Professor, Talent Management.
Janice holds a Masters’ Degree in Human Resources from University of Westminster.
Janice works internationally, enhanced by her passion for bringing people together across different cultures and her Italian, French, and Spanish language skills. She advises businesses on HR strategy and processes and coach-mentor senior leaders. UK-based, Janice supports Lodestone European clients primarily.

For over two decades, Neil Suchman has helped Latin American leaders navigate the complexities of the global environment. It is one thing to help managers become great leaders, it is something else to support them as they lead teams to accomplish great things in a multinational environment where global consistency must intersect with local, flawless execution. Helping leaders manage this apparent contradiction has been Neil’s calling card. By translating strategic priorities into operational reality, and aligning people strategies with business priorities, Neil has consistently applied the science and practice of the entire talent life cycle.
He has lived and worked in the US, Mexico and Brazil, and was part of a global talent management firm, giving him a keen understanding of the challenges of navigating the global environment while implementing locally relevant people solutions.
Engaging with organizations to help them in their transformational journeys requires a unique set of knowledge, experience and skills. However, there is no substitute for being authentic, passionate and truly enjoying helping others as they embark on major changes. It is Neil’s privilege and joy to have this as his purpose in his professional life.

Ron has had a successful and diverse 20-year professional career in both the corporate and not for profit sectors, where he held several senior management level positions. Through his experience, he has developed exceptional and critical conflict resolution and de-escalation skills which allow him to effectively problem solve and manage conflict inside the workplace. Ron is an accredited Mediator and a roster member for the Attorney General of Ontario’s Mandatory Mediation Program.
Ron provides comprehensive conflict management training and coaching designed to equip individuals and teams with the essential skills needed to effectively identify, address and prevent conflict in various settings. As a certified Workplace Fairness Analyst, Ron specializes in workplace restoration focusing on transforming toxic work environments into respectful, collaborative spaces where teams can thrive.

CAROLYN PONDER
Carolyn has over 20 years experience as a business and personal development consultant in the public and private sectors, focusing on individual, team and organizational performance. Her expertise covers organizational culture change, performance systems, managing change impact, leadership development and mentoring. Carolyn also has extensive experience as an executive coach working at all levels of organization.
In this capacity Carolyn has supported management change in many leading global organizations.
Carolyn believes that to achieve long-term success, a business must integrate talent management into its business philosophy, using it to help build its brand ‘from the inside out.’ She also believes passionately in the value of self-awareness and feedback as the key to realizing potential.
Carolyn has degrees and certificates from University of Hull, University of West London, and London Metropolitan University.
