Introducing Jordan Dodd, Director of Client Growth

I’m excited to join the Lodestone team as Director of Client Growth, contributing to the depth of value our clients receive when partnering with us on their human capital priorities. With over 10 years of experience driving client growth initiatives, I’ve partnered with executive teams across technology, finance, healthcare, and the SMB market to support business success through aligned people strategies.

Leveraging my background in HR and people strategy, I lead with a people-first approach which focuses on understanding each client’s goals and then delivering strategies that drive meaningful, measurable results for them.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for fostering strong relationships, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and aligning innovative solutions to client needs. I thrive on collaboration, integrity, and the belief that sustainable growth starts with serving people first.

When I’m not partnering with clients, you’ll probably find me trying my best on the golf course, hanging out with my dog, or indulging in my favorite pastime, spending quality time with my son.
